Dr. Heloise (Lois) Ridley, EdD, MBA, MA, LPC, NCC
I support adults struggling to connect with others, establish healthy boundaries, or communicate within their current relationships due to early childhood trauma.
I utilize a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to support clients with unconditional regard and occasional humor.
Based on a client’s needs and preferences, my clinical orientation includes evidence-based therapies such as AEDP Psychotherapy, family systems, trauma-healing, CBT, strengths-based, gestalt, and narrative therapies.
I strive to provide a “no judgement zone” for clients to pursue their healing. I serve as a cheerleader in my clients’ journey towards new hope and resilience.
I earned my EdD from Wilkes University, an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, an MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, a BS in Chemistry from Lincoln University, a certificate from the Global Trauma Recovery Institute, and Master Facilitator in Training for the Trauma Healing Institute.
