What primary services do you offer?

Brief or deeper trauma healing counseling for individuals, couples, families and teens.

EAP counseling (Optum and AETNA)

Counseling for children over 14yo provided with their caregiver’s participation. 

What are the benefits of counseling?

Many individuals claim they can untangle from their past & reconnect with their “self-at-best” when participating in counseling. Some pursue counseling to enhance their life/work performance. 

Some families report they are more able to move forward with their lives, understand each other better, and have more peace in their homes after actively participating in counseling. 

While there are many benefits available… everyone’s experience is different and there are no guarantees. In the meantime, we hope to support you in the process of rebuilding.

What are the rates of your services?

Individual 60-minute session:
$163 intake then $138 per regular session

Couples 60-minute session:
$183 intake then $173 per regular session.

Insurance clients pay co-pays and will be notified of any New Hope co-pays in advance through a Good Faith Estimate.

Can you provide a timeline for counseling?

It really depends.

If you are seeking relief from an ongoing life struggle, brief therapy is available (3-12 sessions).

If you are desiring to overcome long-term challenge areas, deep healing may take longer. 

Do you provide EAP (Employee Assistance) services?

Yes, EAP Counseling Services are offered for AETNA and Optum insurances. Pre-authorization is required.

Can you prescribe medication?

No

Yes. At this time, only telehealth is available.
